About Tom

Tom earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1995 and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1995 and the New York Bar in 1996.

His track record speaks for itself. Tom has secured significant recoveries for clients in wrongful death, construction accident, and medical malpractice cases. These aren't quick settlements, they're the results of a lawyer who's willing to fight all the way through trial when necessary.

"Every injured person deserves a lawyer who's truly dedicated to their case," Tom says. "Not someone who's looking for a quick settlement. I'm here to get my clients the maximum recovery they deserve."

Tom is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
