Scott has spent over 40 years securing multi-million dollar recoveries for injured clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. As a Partner at AEE Law, he handles labor law and construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation.

His results include a $13.75 million labor law verdict, several $5 million labor law recoveries, and a $3.5 million medical malpractice settlement. A shrewd negotiator who also handles complex commercial matters, Scott knows how to maximize value for his clients.

About Scott

Scott graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Buffalo and earned his law degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 1983. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984 and has been fighting for injured clients ever since.

His practice spans the full range of personal injury law, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, and commercial litigation. He also handles real estate matters and cooperative/condominium law, bringing a broad legal perspective to every case.

"The insurance companies have teams of lawyers and unlimited resources," Scott explains. "My job is to make sure that doesn't matter. When I take a case, I commit to outworking and outpreparing the other side."
