Jeff has spent over 35 years representing injured clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. From auto accidents and truck collisions to construction site injuries and premises liability cases, he's built a practice on one principle: prepare every case for trial.
His results speak for themselves, including a $3 million recovery for a trip and fall at a construction site, $2.9 million for a workplace injury, and $2.75 million for a trip and fall on a city sidewalk. Insurance companies know his name, and they know he doesn't back down.
Jeff earned his law degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Law and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984. With a background in accounting, he brings an analytical edge to every case, particularly when calculating the true cost of an injury: lost wages, medical bills, future care, and the impact on a family's financial security.
Over 35 years, he's handled cases involving auto accidents, truck collisions, motorcycle incidents, bicycle accidents, construction injuries from falls and scaffolding incidents, premises liability, and trip and fall cases. He's tried cases in courtrooms across the five boroughs and built a reputation that makes defense attorneys take notice the moment they see his name.
"Insurance companies know which lawyers will settle for whatever they offer," Jeff says. "And they know which lawyers will take them to trial. We're the second kind. That's why our clients get fair value."
Jeff is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He was named to Super Lawyers in 2022.
